Office Max Get Organized for Back-to-School
Just in time for heading back to school, Office Max held a back-to-school blogcast and sent me some awesome products!
The blogcast gave some great tips for getting organized for school. They gave tips for home, organizing your child, and for the classroom. The blogcast featured organizational expert, Peter Walsh, Heather Wolpert-Gawron, an award-winning teacher, Ana Picazo, a well-known mom blogger, and two students. Together, they discussed strategies, tips and advice from the real experts on how to organize and prepare students for back-to-school. Bloggers submitted questions and participated in a TweetChat with Peter, Ana and Heather.
Somethings I learned include:
TIPS FOR HOME
1) Find the Vision you have for a Space
2) Make Organization a Family Value
3) Use the Right Tools for Great Organization
TIPS FOR ORGANIZING YOUR CHILD
1) Show that you Value Organization
2) Establish Clear Limits and Routines
3) Always ‘Finish the Cycle’ (Complete a Task)
TIPS FOR THE CLASSROOM
1) Establish Clear Routines
2) Involve Kids with Classroom Organization
3) Use Words, Pictures and Color to help Organize
The blogcast can be found here!
I also received several adorable/cool/stylish Office Max school supplies from their line called Schoolio-Von-Hoolio! The prices for this line rage from just .99 to $5.99! I heart this line because it has cupcakes on several of the items and I love me some cupcakes! I absolutely loved this notebook, which goes for $3.29:
I'm also in love with this Cupcake Composition Book that goes for $3.29!
They also sent me a wonderful, perfect-size Darling Drawstring Bag which is priced at $5.99!
Thanks Office Max for preparing me to go back to school!
